I’ve a lot of email lately, asking if email was
still king of the online world?
Trust me, e-mail is still the #1 tool for marketing
on the Internet. It’s still the stuff 6 figure
businesses are made of and it’s still way under
used.
Over the course of the next few days I’m
going to share my favorite email marketing
ideas on this blog. They should help you to
ramp up your efforts and help you toward success
online.
If you are on our mailing list you will receive
a message when each post is made. If you aren’t

A business associate of mine is a boxing fan and
he says it reminds him of email.
Sad, I know but, those were his words, not mine.
He said boxing is the science of hitting
without getting hit. Makes sense to me.
And it’s rare a single punch in the first
round finishes a fight.
It’s tactical. It’s about throwing clever
combinations, wearing your opponent down
and finding the chinks in his armour.
That’s why email is so good.
It’s like throwing combinations.
Instead of looking for the one punch KO
when a visitor lands on your website you’re
throwing combinations.
When someone lands on your website, making
the sale is like landing a knock-out punch in
the first round.
It happens but it’s very rare and it’s tough.
Instead you let loose your email KO combination.
Everyday you share a different benefit,
a new way of thinking and an easier way
for your subscribers to achieve their dreams.
Every email guides your subscribers one step closer,
you start pushing the right ‘hot buttons’ and bring
them closer and closer to the sale.
Instead of chasing your customers around the ring,
they start coming to you. They open your emails
and click on your links.
You’ve got an infinite number of rounds to
land your winning combinations and best of all,
you’re helping not hurting them!
Learning to follow-up is still most effective
tool there is for an Internet Marketer and I
want to help you master it.
Be looking for an e-mail with the link to
the next post and don’t forget to grab your
free gift.
To your success,
Dr. Clyde

Hello Dr. Clyde, I couldn’t agree with you more about the importance of email, and especially about following up.
I know nothing makes me hit the unsubscribe button quicker than a barrage of sales pages right after I sign up to someone’s list.
I think it’s best to build up trust with some friendly emails before easing your contact towards a sales funnel with a relevant offer.

Steven,
Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment.
Did you download the PLR I sent you a message about? If not you should hurry the link will be changed tonight.
It is funny you should mention the barrage of sales pitches immediately following a sign up.
I just signed up for some free information, through a friend, and received a welcome message and 3 additional messages asking me to buy something.
I clicked on the unsubascribe link right away.

Got the PLR, I appreciate it very much. I’ll put it to good use.
